Customer Service Manager

Farm Family in Omaha, NE is seeking a capable Customer Service Manager to lead our Client Service team in-office. You will oversee a call center focused on delivering exceptional service to clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests about our insurance products. Reporting to the Director of Customer Service for the Springfield, MO center, you will mentor staff, develop training programs, forecast call volume, and drive continuous improvements to meet KPIs and profitability goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
