Remote Mitarbeiter Customer Service (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei netclusive:
- Kundenbetreuung (1st Level, 2nd Level) per E-Mail, Telefon und Ticketsystem
- Auftragsbearbeitung
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Server-Systemen (Linux, Windows)
- Planung und Konfiguration von Informations- und Telekommunikationssystemen
- Prüfung von Geräten und systematische Fehlerbeseitigung bei Störungen
- Verwaltung und Überwachung von Server- und Netzwerkstrukturen
- Produktberatung unserer Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Projekten (intern/extern)
Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die folgende Anforderungen erfüllt:
- eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in der IT
- gute Kenntnisse von gängigen Linux-Distributionen (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, SUSE)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Server-Betriebssystemen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in PHP und HTML
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Web- bzw. Serververwaltungsoberflächen (Confixx, Plesk, Parallels Virtual Automation, VMware) wünschenswert
- ITIL-Grundkenntnisse wünschenswert
