Fall Play Director

Starting Date Sep 1, 2026 Job Title Fall Play Director Stipend Co-curricular Category A, $2,500 - $4,000 based on experience. Position Objectives Conceptualizes production from start to finish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Envision artistic strategy and communicate it to support team members such as Lighting Designer, Set Builder, Producer, Costumer, and cast/crew. Manage the entire rehearsal process for the cast and coordinate all pieces through blocking, integrating the tech team into one coherent vision. Stage every moment of the show; no external collaborators for choreography or music direction. Student Participation Average 20-30 students per fall play. Activity Schedule Monday through Friday, outside the regular workday and weekends. Time Commitment Prep-Work: 30 hours Weeks 1-7: 10 hours per week Week 8: 16 hours Week 9 (Show Week): 30 hours Total: ~136 hours Oversight Athletic Director Job Requirements Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
