CNA, HHA & Experienced Companion Caregivers Greater Boston AreaJoin a Trusted Home Care Team Serving Local FamiliesGriswold Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to provide private-duty care for seniors and adults throughout the MetroWest Boston area.We are hiring caregivers for a variety of schedules, including:Short-hour shiftsPart-time hourly assignmentsLonger hourly shiftsLive-in opportunitiesThis is an opportunity for professional caregivers who take pride in their work, understand the responsibility of caring for someone in their home, and want to be part of a supportive organization that values quality care.Applicants must have a minimum of one year of verifiable direct-care experience.What You'll DoProvide compassionate, reliable care based on each client's individualized care plan, including:Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportAssistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Meal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersCompanionship and emotional supportTransportation or accompaniment to appointments, errands, and activities when neededCommunication with clients, families, and the Griswold team regarding care needs and changes in conditionWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for caregivers who are reliable, professional, and experienced working with seniors or adults needing assistance.Required QualificationsMinimum of one year of verifiable paid caregiving experience in one or more of the following:Private home care (hourly or live-in)Assisted livingNursing homeHospitalOther healthcare or senior care settingAbility to provide professional references who can verify:Employment datesJob responsibilitiesQuality and reliability of care providedReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required auto insuranceAbility to travel to client assignments throughout the MetroWest Boston areaAuthorized to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of required background screeningPreferred QualificationsCNA or HHA certificationPrivate-duty home care experienceDementia care experienceLive-in caregiving experienceExperience working independently in a client's homeOur Caregiver StandardsAt Griswold Home Care, our caregivers are trusted with the health, safety, and dignity of our clients.Because of that responsibility, we maintain a thorough hiring process.
