Job Summary and Responsibilities

As ourFamily Medicine Physician w/ Surgical OB you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive healthcare including vital surgical obstetrics services to the Fort Morgan community served by CommonSpirit Mountain a rewarding career inrural healthcare leveraging a dedicated C-section suite and on-site APP support to provide exceptional patient care within a supportive hospital environment.

Each shift you will engage in managing 36 patient-facing hours per week at our clinic conveniently located within St. Elizabeth Hospital. You will be instrumental in our commitment to accessible high-quality care performing surgical obstetrics and collaborating with a dedicated APP to deliver optimal outcomes for mothers and babies.

To be successful in this role you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with a strong interest and proficiency in Surgical Obstetrics. Your expertise will be critical in providing vital labor and delivery services alongside comprehensive womens health. Familiarity with a hospital-based clinic setting and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on accessible healthcare will be key to your success.

• Delivers High-Quality Patient Care and Documentation:Physicians provide superior ambulatory care conducting examinations services and maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with all policies including those for managed care Medicare and Medicaid.
• Adheres to Regulatory and Ethical Standards:Physicians strictly comply with all federal and state reimbursement plans the ethical and religious directives of sponsoring entities and the Hospitals comprehensive policies procedures and medical staff bylaws rules and regulations.
• Engages in Quality Improvement and Peer Review:Physicians actively participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives contribute to physician peer review utilization review and serve on medical staff committees as assigned to enhance overall service delivery.
• Contributes to Operational Excellence and Professional Growth:Physicians advise on operational matters including personnel business oversight and equipment evaluation while maintaining professional competence through continuous medical education and board certification staying abreast of the latest medical developments.

We are offering a highly competitive guaranteed base salary of $298171 alongside additional $58000 in compensation for labor deck shifts(7 per month) a generous $29817 sign-on bonus and up to $15000 for relocation. Job Requirements

Required:

• Board-eligible/Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active or eligible license in the state of Colorado
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of OBGYN care principles
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
