A fast-growing AI startup backed by a top accelerator is partnering with frontier AI labs to build advanced intelligence for the financial services industry, and it is hiring its first Senior Recruiter to lead expert acquisition. In this high-impact role, you will build the engine that identifies and activates seasoned finance professionals from investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds to join the company's expert network, directly fueling growth and revenue. You will own the full pipeline from outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, and referral programs through qualification, conversion, and activation. Using channels such as LinkedIn, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, and cold outreach, you will run campaigns at scale, test messaging and job descriptions, and set up the automation tools that keep the pipeline moving. Working closely with Strategic Project Leads, you will anticipate upcoming customer needs by domain and seniority, while tracking funnel, conversion, and retention metrics to continuously improve results. Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation, including direct experience sourcing investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund professionals
• A proven ability to manage multiple sourcing channels at once and run high-volume campaigns rather than relying only on one-to-one recruiting
• A scrappy, self-directed approach to launching new channels, tools, and processes, including independently selecting and using campaign-sending and LinkedIn automation vendors
• Strong data fluency, with comfort pulling your own numbers, owning funnel metrics, and making decisions based on results, plus marketing, copywriting, or finance-startup experience as a plus
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in San Francisco, with relocation support available and the company open to visa transfers such as OPT and H-1B
