Shift times: Hours range from 32-40 hrs/week. Mon–Fri: 8:00am–6:00pm // Sat: 9:00am–3:00pm (every other Saturday required) // Sun: Closed Pay Rate: $55-$68/hr JOB DESCRIPTION An independent community pharmacy serving the East Nashville/Inglewood area is hiring a pharmacist. They offer services such as prescription dispensing, delivery, vaccinations, medication synchronization, strip packaging, men’s health support, point‑of‑care testing, and COVID‑19 services. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling, verification of prescriptions, record maintenance, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. This role supports daily pharmacy operations and contributes to a work environment aligned with the pharmacy’s core values. Responsibilities Dispense medications in compliance with state and federal regulations. Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosage, and potential interactions. Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and therapy instructions. Maintain complete and accurate patient records. Coordinate with prescribers and healthcare partners to support medication management. Support pharmacy technicians and ensure proper workflow.
