About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at Central Arkansas Assisted Living Community as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Help with mobility and movement, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Engage residents in recreational activities to promote social interaction.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.
