Bakery Senior Lead (3rd Shift)

As a Bakery Senior Lead, you’ll play a critical role in supporting bakery operations, leading associates on the production floor, and helping ensure we safely produce high-quality products that customers love. Responsibilities Support daily bakery production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals Coordinate workflow and provide floor leadership for bakery associates during assigned shifts Troubleshoot operational and production issues and escalate concerns when needed Assist with startup, shutdown, and product changeovers Train and mentor team members on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and performance expectations Monitor production paperwork, material usage, and operational efficiency Communicate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Production leadership teams Promote a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA, USDA, BRC, and company standards Shift This role supports our 3rd Shift bakery operations, 10:00pm-6:30am. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting weekend operations as needed.
