600,000 salary floor plus production starting year 3 * $J1 and H1B candidates are encouraged to apply Dedicated Breast Center with two breast cancer-specialized surgeons providing advanced surgical care.

• Radiation Oncology: Two locations equipped with five linear accelerators and the only CyberKnife in Iowa.
• Hematology Oncology with advanced Infusion center
• Advanced Surgical & Diagnostic Capabilities: Colorectal Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pulmonology with first site in Iowa to offer ION technology for robotic-assisted lung biopsies.
• Weekly Multidisciplinary Lung Clinic for coordinated patient management.
• 11 Cancer Conferences held monthly across disease sites for collaborative treatment planning.
• Palliative Care, Integrative Oncology Services supported by MercyOne Des Moines Foundation.
• Strategic Partnership with The Iowa Clinic to expand access to high-quality cancer care in Central Iowa through Radiation Oncology, Hematology Oncology, Surgical Oncology including dedicated GYN Oncologist.
