As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving boutique performance, cultivating meaningful client relationships, supporting the development of future Client Advisors, and expanding Frette's presence within South Florida's luxury community. - Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of boutique team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Coach team members on clienteling, relationship-building, sales performance, and the Frette selling ceremony.
- Support the development of future Client Advisors through ongoing feedback, mentorship, and leadership.
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed boutique sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Develop and deepen relationships with Frette's Diamond Club members and key luxury clientele.
- Support the growth of the boutique's client base through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Develop relationships within the luxury trade community, including interior designers, architects, luxury real estate professionals, hospitality partners, and other referral sources.
- Lead by example through active clienteling and exceptional client service.
- Execute CRM and client outreach initiatives designed to strengthen loyalty and repeat business.
- Support white glove services, home consultations, installations, and bespoke client experiences.
- Represent the Frette brand within the local luxury market through networking opportunities, boutique events, and community engagement.
- Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Support inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business.
- Partner with corporate and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, luxury real estate, or another relationship-driven luxury service environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance while developing and motivating a team.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with experience cultivating long-term client loyalty.
- Passion for luxury, design, interiors, hospitality, and elevated service experiences.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Existing relationships within the luxury retail, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or luxury real estate community are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, networking events, and client appointments as needed.
