In just three years, the business has scaled to approximately $16m GP, with ambitious plans for its next phase of growth. They’re now looking to add ambitious, commercially minded recruiters to their delivery and embedded teams. What makes this opportunity different? Exceptional clients: Work with some of the biggest names in defense tech Strong earning potential: Guaranteed base salary, depending on experience, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of $2,500 A genuine growth story: Join a business with significant momentum, ambitious expansion plans, and an employee equity opportunity tied to its long-term vision. Real ownership: Work closely with clients, own your market, and develop deep expertise in some of the fastest-growing sectors in technology. Career flexibility: Start in a 360 or 180 recruitment role before moving onto embedded client projects, with the opportunity to return to a traditional desk or continue embedded long-term. This is a predominantly office-based opportunity, with relocation support potentially available for the right candidate. UK-based candidates open to relocating to the US are also encouraged to reach out.
