Licensed Facilities Electrician - Fort Worth, TX

Facilities Electrician – Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital – 1st Shift Salary : $25.00 to $34.00 per hour Schedule : 7am to 3:30pm, Monday–Friday (First Shift) Job Summary Electricians are responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components. Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and making timely repairs. Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. Complete required documentation of repairs and service information. Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work safely. Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment. Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5+ years of experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting. Customer service/interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills. Analytical‑computer skills. Supervisory skills. Financial acumen. Presentation skills. Team building and coaching skill.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma / GED & Certificate of Completion from trade/vocational school.

DESIRED LICENSING
