Nurse Supervisor

Associate Don- Emergency Department

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling

Skills

Seven years of experience is required, 5 of which were in a supervisory role

Education

RN License - required, Primary Source Verification - required, BSN - required, Masters degree - preferred

Pay range: $37.48 hrly - $64.46 hrly, Compensation: $3,200.00 per week. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) certified by the State of New Jersey and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certified from National Minority Supplier Development Council.
