Medical Receptionist - Spanish Speaker

Broadway Imaging Center offers a multi-faceted approach to perfecting diagnostic imaging with a skillful and professional staff, state of the art equipment and an excellent chief radiologist. BIC has provided quality care to the greater Los Angeles area since 1994, making it one of the longest standing imaging centers in the county. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls Scheduling patients for their procedure(s) Questioning patients thoroughly regarding their procedure Outgoing calls to patients to schedule insurance authorized tests Filing paperwork Checking patients in Knowledge of insurance eligibility/ Willingness to learn Making sure patients are cared for and admitted on time for procedures Skills: Fast learner Able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work well in a group setting Time management Organized Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our employees safe we provide protective masks and have installed a large plastic barrier in the reception area.
