Registered Nurse - Oncology Care Coordination

Building strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and responding effectively are essential. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and emergency policies, demonstrating effective clinical practice and patient safety measures. Assess health status through data collection and analysis, prioritizing patient needs and developing care plans. Triaging patients via in-person or telephone assessments, initiating appropriate interventions, and following established protocols. Provide health education and counseling to patients and families. Execute delegated medical functions, including administering medications and therapies, in accordance with legal and clinical guidelines. Coordinate care across services, manage patient populations, and support an integrated healthcare approach. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring needs are met effectively and safely. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of RN experience, including oncology within the past five years. Graduate of an approved RN program with clinical experience supervised by faculty or preceptor. Valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification within three months, and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification. Strong customer service, critical thinking, IV skills, and team collaboration abilities. This role may require travel between clinics in the Denver/Boulder region. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Health
