Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $45–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans 
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
