Job Description

As a CNC operator, you will support the production schedule, produce quality ceramic cores, load and unload parts and prepare dies, obtain slurry mixture and inject parts. Perform general duty manufacturing, processing cores, read and interpret blueprints operate injection presses, blend raw materials, measure, gauge and finish ceramic cores.

Responsibilities :

• Produce quality ceramic cores operating low pressure Injection machines
• Load and unload part in 3-5 axis CNC Mill or Lathe
• Basic blueprint reading, micrometers and calipers
• Place in alcohol bath and transfer to burn-off area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior machine operating experience
• Ability to work with hand tools, read and interpret blueprints and measure / gauge parts
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Must be able to pass pre-employment tests

The base salary range for this position is $20.10/hr. after training on 1st for 18/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
