About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Quality for its Global Life Sciences division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise quality vision, strategy, and operating model across the global life sciences business, including bioprocessing, purification technologies, and pharma and personal care. This role demands end-to-end accountability for the global compliance and quality management system, as well as the performance of site quality operations across the manufacturing network. The VP Quality will lead a world-class quality organization, ensuring product quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable supply. They will also be instrumental in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence in highly regulated markets. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and a minimum of 15 years' experience in quality or compliance leadership roles within the life sciences industry. A strong background in leading multi-site quality organizations and experience with global regulatory inspections is essential. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, LSS Black Belt certification, and experience working directly with global regulators. The VP Quality will also be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of quality, and for partnering with various business and technical teams to ensure that quality is embedded as a foundation of the business.
