Job Title: Dental Assistant – Full-Time

Location: Hildebran, NC

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses

Position Summary

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is skilled, team-oriented, and passionate about supporting excellent patient care. You’ll work with modern tools and technology, providing assistance during procedures and helping ensure every patient has a comfortable, professional, and safe experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories
• Take and develop digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Record accurate patient histories, charting, and treatment notes
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Support sedation, implant, and specialty procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Ensure patient comfort with a calm and reassuring chairside manner

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (DA I or DA II) preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to patient-first care
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, modern practice environment
