Description

American Traveler is hiring a part-time CT Technologist to provide CT and X-ray coverage across multiple freestanding emergency departments, requiring ARRT RT(R) registration and Epic experience.

Details

• Provides CT and X-ray coverage for 3 free-standing emergency department locations
• Part-time schedule of 2 days per week, 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday only
• Schedule provided 4 weeks or more in advance
• CT equipment is GE; X-ray equipment is GE, Philips, or Quantum
• Epic EMR experience required
• May have on-call responsibilities
• May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs

Requirements

• Associate degree in Allied Health, Radiologic Technology required
• ARRT RT(R) registry required
• CT registry preferred
• CPR certification required
• ODH licensure required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Independently performs CT procedures using proper techniques and contrast media administration
• Coordinates patient flow and CT scanner activities
• Maintains equipment in good working condition
• Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve are required scheduled workdays during the contract period
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
