Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized therapy approaches for clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software effectively. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate comprehensive care for clients, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes. \n
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care. \n
The LPC will primarily focus on supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base includes diverse populations, from children and adolescents to adults and families with limited access to traditional mental health care services. Your work will directly contribute to transforming lives by providing essential therapeutic resources to those most in need.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating adaptability in various therapeutic settings. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed therapy is highly desirable. \n

- The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
