An exciting opportunity awaits a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologist to join a hospital-employed, GYN-only practice in Southern Alabama, just 90 minutes from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches! This is a chance to practice high-quality women’s healthcare in a growing community with a strong referral base and excellent support.

Enjoy a balanced schedule with 10 days of call per month (only one weekend), competitive MGMA compensation, and the rewarding experience of providing care in a community that truly appreciates its physicians.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary. MGMA median or better, based on experience

• Superb quarterly bonus potential tied to performance

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology or Obstetrics & Gynecology.

• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure

• Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

• Comfortable practicing in a smaller community setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
