Quality Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the quality of our products through meticulous inspection and adherence to established standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete training modules 1-6 or demonstrate understanding and ability in Paperwork Review and Documentation, Non-Conformances, Dimensional Inspection, Visual Inspection, Visual Weld Inspection, and Drawing Interpretation.
• Visually inspect or check parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments.
• Check dimensions and finishes against sketches, blueprints, manufacturing planning, and specifications.
• Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned to help drive our vision, fulfill our commitments, and carry out our organization's virtues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• High school level mathematics skills and basic problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with machine tools and precision instruments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing planning and sketches.
• Acknowledges limitations and seeks help when necessary; knows when to stop and seek assistance in determining appropriate interpretations.

Physical Requirements

• Use of protective equipment such as safety glasses to prevent injuries.

Working Conditions

• Demonstrate proper and safe operation of equipment and personal protective equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses/full face shield, hearing protection, and heat reflective body garments and gloves as required.
