Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and driven Hospice Director of Clinical Services to lead our dedicated care team in Bozeman, MT. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all clinical operations of the hospice program to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical staff including nurses, social workers, and aides
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource allocation to meet patient and organizational needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Montana (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum 3-5 years of hospice, palliative care, or home health clinical experience
• Prior clinical leadership or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations and CMS compliance standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
• Experience with interdisciplinary care team coordination and quality improvement
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to dignified end-of-life care
