PM Dishwasher

Job Overview Pay rate: $31.19 per hour. The Dish Machine Operator will wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a dishwasher or by hand, and load/unload the dishwasher. Responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, preparing and packaging place settings, and assisting with food prep as directed. Core Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Load and unload the dish-washing machine. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Place cleaned items in storage areas and prepare individual place settings. Assist with cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and serving. Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand. Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas. Sweep and scrub floors. Work Schedule No weekends. Monday to Friday: 12:15PM–8:45PM. Last Thursday of the month: 11:30AM–8PM and Friday: 7:00AM–3:30PM. Benefits & Perks Snacks and meals provided during shifts. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 0–1 year experience in a full service kitchen (desirable). Active ServSafe Food Handlers card. Excellent verbal and customer service skills. Sense of urgency and ability to move safely throughout the kitchen. Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying. Physical Demands Must stand a minimum of 8 hours a day, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks including crouching, bending, twisting, lifting, and using a step ladder.
