Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and includes every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. Your primary duties will include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to create effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Completion of the Fit Test.
Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver.
Negative 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) result.
Trinity Color Vision test completion.
Current CPR certification.
COVID-19 vaccination.
Any additional certifications as applicable for the position.
