Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Essential Duties:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to support educational goals
• Conduct assessments to determine students OT needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Write and maintain timely evaluation reports and progress notes for students on your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Educate staff and families on strategies for promoting student independence within the school environment
