Designated Selling Associate - SKIMS

Summary The Designated Selling Associate drives sales and delivers customer-focused service while representing SKIMS. This role builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and supports in-store and digital selling. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up. Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident style, fit, and product recommendations. Educate customers, peers, and colleagues on brand products and trends. Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning. Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and provide product feedback to management. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a competitive team and fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks. Ability to work a flexible schedule and understand sales reporting in relation to goals. Knowledge of fashion, customer styling, and product value, with the ability to make relevant recommendations.
