Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.What We’re Looking ForMinimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You HaveEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retailHazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
