Service and Measure Technician

Responsibilities Take accurate window measurements for residential homes Perform light service repairs on previous installations Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Complete minor repairs involving windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and insulation Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components Inspect materials and products for quality and fit Enter measurements and job information into company software Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners Qualifications Experience installing windows, roofing, siding, gutters, or other exterior home improvement products Strong attention to detail Comfortable using basic technology and software Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and self‑motivated Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Service technician experience Finish carpentry experience Residential construction background Exterior remodeling experience Experience troubleshooting installation issues Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22–$26/hour Overtime opportunities available Company vehicle provided during work hours Gas card and tools supplied Health benefits available after 30 days Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short‑term & long‑term disability 401(k) with company match after 90 days Paid time off with unlimited rollover Paid holidays Career development and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr HANSONS
