Maintenance AssistantEssential DutiesAssist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairsHelp maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plantsPerform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needsAssist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activitiesFollow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasksCommunicate effectively with other team members and supervisorsCourt maintenance including blowing off debris from tennis courtsPicking up trash around the groundsIdentify and report to supervisor when supplies are neededPerforms other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use.
