Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join our growing team. Cardinal View Senior Living recently opened in fall of 2021 and is easily accessible, right off the Beltline in Middleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 104-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Cardinal View was named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals and is proud to be locally owned!

Shifts Available: FT PM, with rotating weekends

HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience. CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage is based on experience. Same Day Pay Available!

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ years old
