$2638.40/week - Job Summary: The CT Technician is responsible for performing computed tomography scans with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes. They work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, supporting clinical teams with accurate imaging services. Responsibilities: Operate CT imaging equipment to capture clear and diagnostic-quality images. Prepare patients for scanning procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly. Maintain equipment by following safety protocols and ensuring proper calibration. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging procedures. Document and update patient records accurately. Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols at all times. Qualifications: Illinois licensed CT Technologist certification or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in operating CT imaging equipment. Strong understanding of anatomy, radiation safety, and patient care procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
