Telehealth Urgent Care NP - Part-Time

Included Health is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Vermont, with multi-state licensure strongly preferred, to deliver virtual care to patients of all ages.

This part‑time role (20 hours/week) requires 3+ years in high‑volume urgent or primary care, active NP and RN licenses, and the ability to treat a broad range of conditions.
