• Perform precise diagnostics and high-quality repairs across all vehicle systems

• Lead by example — mentor B-level and entry technicians, fostering teamwork and skill development

• Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer satisfaction

• Uphold factory and dealership standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, professional workspace that reflects your pride and craftsmanship

• Occasionally assist with inter-store or off-site service needs using company vehicles

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience

• ASE Master Certification (required)

• Valid, insurable driver’s license

• Advanced diagnostic and repair expertise — especially in electrical and drivability systems

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• A team-first attitude and passion for continuous improvement
