El Asistente Médico Líder sirve como el contacto inicial para la atención al paciente y es responsable de tareas tanto administrativas como clínicas. Buscamos que asumas la responsabilidad y lideres tareas administrativas, operativas y de apoyo al cliente avanzadas y especializadas, ejerciendo iniciativa independiente. Reportarás al Administrador del Centro. Funciones del trabajo Realizar tareas clínicas que incluyen tomar signos vitales, administrar inyecciones, recolectar muestras, sacar sangre y llevar a cabo pruebas diagnósticas. Discutir síntomas con los pacientes e ingresar información en los registros médicos electrónicos. Esterilizar y limpiar equipos y mantener las salas de examen en un sitio de atención ambulatoria. Colaborar con médicos y enfermeras. Proporcionar atención directa al paciente dentro del alcance de la certificación activa. Liderar y coordinar procesos administrativos y operativos avanzados. Monitorear el progreso hacia horarios y objetivos y supervisar el trabajo de otros. Utiliza tus habilidades para hacer un impacto. El rango de compensación a continuación refleja una estimación de buena fe del salario base inicial para empleo a tiempo completo (40 horas por semana) en el momento de la publicación. El rango salarial puede ser más alto o más bajo según la ubicación geográfica y el salario individual variará según las habilidades laborales, conocimientos, experiencias, educación, certificaciones, etc. demostradas.
