What You'll Do:

• Be the first friendly face (or voice) our customers connect withwhether that's answering questions, solving problems, or just making someone's day better.
• Juggle phone calls, emails, and in-person chats with easelike a customer-care ninja.
• Keep track of customer needs and follow up so they know we're always in their corner.
• Translate "insurance talk" into "real-people talk" so customers feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Magnolia Tx.
• Our office is open 8:30-5:00pm.
• We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
