We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance Technician to support quality and food safety programs during 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Quality Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm)

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections of incoming ingredients and finished food products.
• Verify products and ingredients meet established specifications and client quality benchmarks.
• Conduct sensory and visual evaluations to identify any deviations or non-conformities.
• Maintain meticulous records of quality checks and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the testing station and surrounding work area.
• Strictly adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and company safety protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Manual dexterity and a consistent approach for detailed inspection and food preparation tasks.

Quality Associate Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures precisely.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn food safety and hygiene principles.
• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly within a food manufacturing or processing setting.
• Experience in Food Preparation.
