Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in San Antonio, TX. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, maintain office workflows, and ensure efficient administrative support for the team. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating office equipment and supplies, supervising support staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to patients. The role involves managing internal communications, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that office tasks align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, patients, and vendors
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, organize office operations, and support team management
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and tools to ensure efficient daily operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in billing, authorizations, and revenue cycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office administration or a related field
