From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills. Draft and respond to discovery-related motions. Regularly attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Draft motions for summary judgments.
