Marketing Concierge (Temporary-to-Hire) Hilton Grand Vacations | Multiple Openings Location: Oahu, HI Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire Start Date: September 7, 2026 (Training first 2 weeks) Bishop & Company is seeking outgoing, customer-focused professionals for Marketing Concierge opportunities with one of our top clients. Work Locations We Are Seeking English-Speaking & Japanese/English Bilingual Candidates Parking validation is provided. Schedule Must be available to work weekends and holidays AM Shift: 6:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (or earlier based on business needs) PM Shift: 1:15 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (or earlier based on business needs) Position Overview As a Marketing Concierge, you will be at the center of the guest experience. In this role, you will engage with travelers, provide recommendations on local attractions and activities, and introduce vacation ownership opportunities in a professional and welcoming manner. This is a highly interactive position ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. Training & Career Path Assist guests with activity bookings and concierge services Provide information about local attractions and experiences Support guest service operations Following successful completion of the initial training period, employees may transition into a Marketing Executive role where responsibilities include: Inviting qualified guests to attend vacation ownership presentations Promoting Hilton Grand Vacations programs and offerings Building relationships with guests and generating tour attendance Essential Responsibilities Promote and schedule vacation ownership presentations and previews for eligible guests Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions, dining, and activities Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image Distribute approved promotional materials and information Assist with the implementation and tracking of marketing initiatives and programs Build positive relationships with guests and visitors Accurately maintain records and required documentation Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong English communication skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Knowledge of Oahu attractions, restaurants, activities, and destinations Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with guests Desire for long-term, full-time employment Preferred Qualifications Japanese/English bilingual abilities Previous sales, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or tourism experience Experience working in a commission-based environment Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills Ideal Candidate Thrive in a customer-facing environment Enjoy meeting and speaking with new people Are motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based earnings Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Are excited about transitioning into a long-term career opportunity No relocation assistance.
