Position: Food Production Associate
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-330pm
Pay: $14.50
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Associate for a client in Lithia Springs. This role supports compound ingredient prep, labeling, portioning, meal bagging, and shipping in a fast-paced food production environment while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and instructions to create compound ingredients in correct proportions

• Label packaging at the standard average rate

• Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients

• Pick ingredients accurately during meal bagging/kitting

• Transition between tasks as needed to support production requirements

• Receive and follow direction from Supervisor, Line Lead, and/or Team Lead

• Support shipping goals by working efficiently as part of a team

• Report damages, missing parts, or foreign materials immediately to FSQA/Leadership

• Keep work area clean at all times and assist with end-of-day cleanup

• Perform normal production functions or other assigned tasks

Must Haves

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals

• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a clean workspace

• Ability to follow GMP and PPE standards, including safety goggles, blue aprons, white plastic sleeves, and captive footwear

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely

• Ability to follow all facility GMPs and support the food safety and quality system

• Ability to follow proper lifting techniques and all safety guidelines

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with meal bagging, kitting, or portioning processes
