Veterinarian Salary Range – 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities are available in Wilmington, DE. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $85,000 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑day full‑time and part‑time opportunities are also available and offer prorated compensation based on schedule. Role Summary As an In‑Home Associate Veterinarian, you will provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families. You will work independently while staying connected to a community of over 400 veterinarians and support professionals.
