Security Site Supervisor

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 1st shift (mornings) Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' Security Supervisory experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a valid Unarmed DPSST license. This role relies heavily on digital interfaces. On any given day, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel), process inquiries through web-based business software, and supervise facility safety via digital camera and alarm monitoring dashboard networks. The ideal candidate possesses strong digital literacy and effortlessly switches between multiple open browser screens, platforms, and software setups.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of designated work area
• Patrol facility to ensure safety and security
• Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews
• Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of related supervisory experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
