High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in diesel mechanics are advantageous. Proven expertise in diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Familiarity with various diesel‑powered equipment, such as generators, pumps, and industrial machinery. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. Proficient in using measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy equipment parts and perform manual tasks.
