RN – Long Term Care (LTC) – Three Creeks Post Acute Duration: 8 Weeks (preferred, extension possible) Schedule: Variable Days Weekend focus: Friday / Saturday / Sunday shifts preferred Potential for extension based on performance and facility needs Pay $52 – $54 per hour Weekly Pay: $1,872 – $1,944/week Required Credentials Active RN License required BLS Certification required Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Experience with 12-hour shifts preferred Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents Administer medications and treatments Monitor patient condition and report changes Document care accurately per facility standards Work closely with CNAs and care team Ensure resident safety and quality care delivery Support continuity of care across shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
