Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Order to Cash Financials

Location: Chicago / Remote (CST Hours Required)

Potential occasional onsite meetings in Schaumburg, IL $75/hr W2

Potential contract-to-hire opportunity - W2 hourly consultants ONLY

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Order-to-Cash expertise to support enterprise finance technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly jump in, work independently, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related applications
Partner with Finance teams on Billing, Revenue, Collections, Accounting, and Intercompany processes
Manage Order-to-Cash processes across hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundled offerings
Lead billing process design including e-invoicing and project/non-project billing
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and related systems
Troubleshoot and resolve functional/system issues
Collaborate with teams across US and EMEA regions

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of Order-to-Cash and IT experience
2+ years of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience working with global teams and Agile environments

Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
No visa candidates
Must be eligible for government-related security requirements
Valid US Passport required
International travel to Poland (2-3 times annually)
