Litigation Paralegal

Supporting the litigation team, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will manage civil subpoenas, summons, and other legal requests while assisting with arbitration and litigation matters in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Process and coordinate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, and other civil third-party requests Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies, partnering with attorneys to resolve inquiries and escalate complex matters Assist in preparing pleadings and case materials, maintaining accurate records, and managing a high volume of concurrent legal matters Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in processing civil subpoenas and other legal requests Experience supporting litigation and arbitration matters, including preparing case materials and filings Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with accuracy Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, and external stakeholders Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
