The Role Working alongside the Store Manager—and leading the team in their absence—you will help manage daily bakery operations, maximize store profitability, and build a positive shift culture. Key Responsibilities: Shift Leadership: Manage daily shifts, coordinate employee tasks, and keep the energy high. Team Building:Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new crew members. Operations:Roll up your sleeves to make dough and bake fresh pretzels from scratch alongside your team. Inventory & Sales: Maintain stock/inventory, monitor food waste, and drive the team toward daily performance goals. Requirements Management or supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license.
